Cost analysis and market forecast.
Cost analysis in the food and beverage industry involves evaluating all expenses associated with producing and delivering food and drink products. This process includes assessing raw material, labor expenses, overhead, and distribution fees. By conducting a thorough cost, businesses can identify areas for improvement, set competitive pricing, and enhance profitability. Ultimately, it as a critical tool for making informed financial decisions and strategic planning within the industry.

Logistics and shipping
Shipping products involves the process of transporting goods from one location to another. It includes packaging the items securely, choosing the appropriate shipping method, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed. Working with a regional coffee retailer we were able to track shipments which allowed them to give an accurate time of delivery which helped manage any potential issues and or delays. We provided an alternative solution and potential business venture that lead to the expansion of a single store to having two regional partners who would assist with logistics and shipping.

Process Improvement
Tekina Consulting Solution assisted with a facility designed for the storage distribution of goods. The process typically begins with incoming shipments being unloaded and checked for accuracy. Once sorted, items are stored in designated areas, and when orders are received, they are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment to customers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. We implemented an order process, also known as an “Assembly line” and adopted technology for inventory management which had positive affects on procurement and replenishments of parts and equipment.
